The brief was to create an inclusive, culture-driven end-of-year celebration for employees across NSW, with a fresh concept distinct from previous years. Drawing inspiration from modern festival culture, we transformed Sydney Town Hall through immersive styling, custom lighting, chill-out spaces, interactive food experiences and festival-inspired menus, creating a vibrant guest experience. Our team managed the event end-to-end, including creative direction, production, logistics, supplier coordination, entertainment management and on-site operations. From roaming canapé service and themed food stations to guest experience touchpoints and seamless event flow, every element was carefully considered to deliver a cohesive and memorable celebration.
