Create an on brand and culture centric End of Year celebration with inclusive theme (not one we have done before!) for employees from across the company’s NSW locations.
Having worked with our client to produce this event experience for a number of years we knew what had come before so loved the challenge to build on past events and make it different even though we were in the same venue.
Once the theme was locked in – festival vibes aka Coachella we built up the styling elements and curated the entertainment and everything in between to craft a unique event experience to accommodate the diverse audience.
Our event design and delivery worked in concert with the styling and operations teams to manager the project throughout and deliver the on-site experience allowing our client contacts to relax and enjoy alongside their colleagues.
The heritage nature of the Sydney Town Hall doesn’t necessarily scream festival vibes but through our styling team’s talent and lighting dynamos we transformed the space into something you wouldn’t expect transporting guests to their very own company themed festival.
From the chill out space to the festival inspired menus with roving balloon trayed canapes and glitter food stations set off with glow in the dark fairy floss doubling as glow sticks to light up the night even further.
A one-off curation of a collective band and DJ combo featuring some of Sydney’s best live musicians to deliver that real festival vibe alongside big screen festival footage the party was definitely one to remember for all the right reasons! And a bespoke food menu added to the festival theme.
The party was pumping, the interactive photo booth was never quiet and the dancing never stopped!
