As creative partner with our awesome colleagues at Headbox we collaborated to deliver this project, launching their clients’ new brand to their 500 employees. We created a vibrant and immersive experience using the space, designing custom elements which brought to life and amplified the new brand style and colour pallette.

The Brief & Approach

For our design, this truly was founded within colour. Along with the newly refreshed brand guidelines, a fresh and unique colour palette was developed, from this we pulled key colours to feature across our conference design and our cocktail event.

For the conference, we began with the floorplan. The new branding was grounded in playfulness and contemporary influences, we wanted to reflect this within all aspects of the event, so we created a unique conference plan, complete with a central stage anchored by a Perspex chandelier, dressed in these new brand colours as well as imagery from GPT properties and people to speak to their new values. From this central point, all chairs radiated out and gave clean sight lines to all guests to encourage engagement amongst the crowd.

The concept for our cocktail event design was “Future”, an evening to transcend and transport GPT employees into the new era. As such, we designed the space grounded in the key brand principles, of People, Place and Planet, creating a futuristic space, rich with unique shape, bright and bold colour and elements of fun and interactivity.

Creative Solution

This conference design not only served to showcase GPT’s updated branding and values but also facilitated employee engagement and connection. By incorporating both informative sessions and interactive breakouts, attendees were given the chance to not only understand the company’s new direction but also actively participate in its implementation.

The Future cocktail event further enhanced the sense of community, fostering relationships among employees and reinforcing a shared commitment to the company’s refreshed identity, whilst also creating an atmosphere for fun and celebration.
