The design was led by a bold, colour-driven approach anchored in refreshed brand guidelines. A bespoke palette was developed and carried through both the conference and cocktail event to create cohesion and distinction across the program. For the conference, we began with the floorplan, shaping a layout that reflected the brand’s playful, contemporary direction. A central stage, anchored by a Perspex chandelier and layered with brand colours, imagery and people-focused storytelling, formed the focal point. Seating radiated outward to create clear sightlines and encourage engagement across the room. The cocktail event concept, “Future,” extended this narrative into an immersive evening experience, with styling incorporating fringing, reflective surfaces, and bold colours. Sculptural forms and interactive elements were used to create energy and momentum throughout the space.
