A three-day conference for a leading professional services and consulting firm. Our design and styling team crafted spaces across three iconic Sydney venues around the theme of “Horizon” – to look towards the future, dive into a new way of thinking and explore possibilities. Each space allowed attendees to connect and reflect on where they are heading both individually and as a business. This reference and theme supported a unified vision, encouraging partners to move forward with clarity and optimism.

To create an immersive experience centred around connection and engagement, we developed a refreshed conference brand and creative direction that was carried consistently across all event touchpoints – including the Conference, Welcome Event, Gala Dinner and Breakout Sessions. Our team delivered immersive design elements throughout the program, including custom entry features, stage set design, tablescapes and interactive activations tailored to each environment and attendee experience. A standout feature was an AI-powered booth where attendees entered their intentions for the year ahead, which were transformed into bespoke digital artwork later displayed within the client’s office.
